SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – With a single golf shot, Trevor Johnson caused Full Swing Golf Simulators around the world to reverberate with celebration because he got a hole in one while playing Full Swing Golf’s SuperShot during his league’s indoor golf competition. As the most recent SuperShot Hole in One winner, he will receive $2000 for his ace on March 12, 2012 at The Bunker Indoor Golf Center in Minnetonka, Minnesota. He also won The Bunker’s closest to the hole contest prize – a brand new TaylorMade Driver.

Trevor’s SuperShot ace occurred while 40+ golfers were competing in a two-man scramble and closest to the pin contest. Ed Boeve, who manages The Bunker, has been in the indoor golf industry for 14 years. He said, “Last night’s hole in one was by far the coolest moment I’ve experienced in the indoor golf business.”

“When Trevor holed his 9 iron on the 13th at Innisbrook, the entire place went berserk.  We replayed Trevor’s ace on the Full Swing Golf simulator several times from different perspectives to relive the moment. Watching 40+ people clapping and roaring during the replays was something I will never forget. “

Ed incorporates Super Shot in his competitive events because it provides the versatility to run his own closest to the pin contest while giving Super Shot players the opportunity to win $2000 for a hole in one. “Last night we had 40+ people in The Bunker competing in a two-man scramble that included a closest to the pin contest. I believe that everyone who was at the Bunker last night will play Super Shot going forward because they experienced how one magical swing was rewarded. Long Live Super Shot!”

For Indoor Golf Centers that use Full Swing Golf simulators, SuperShot represents a tremendous opportunity to increase simulator revenues at no cost to the operators, while increasing the excitement level of their customers. In addition to the $2000 for a Hole in One, SuperShot offers monthly prizes to the top 5 SuperShot players who are closest to the pin.
