Upgrade sales specialists provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and support about products. Employers typically prefer graduates with qualifications in computer science but a strong sales background is required. Upgrade sales specialists are often the key point of contact for existing clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Identifying old hardware and providing the customer with knowledge as to why an upgrade is required or recommended
- Helping a customer get parts needed to repair a damaged simulator
- Personal drive for marketing to build new business from existing customers
- Organizing technician visits for installation of products sold
- Liaising with existing clients
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
- Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Reviewing cost and sales performance
- Writing reports and sales literature
- Providing product education and advice
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Working internally with various departments for order fulfillment
- Creating purchase orders and working with vendors directly to fulfill portions products sold
- Creating RMAs for proper return channels
Qualifications and training required
Technical knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows software and other computer related hardware/software
Experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to think quickly and propose options to get the customer through the upgrade process while also providing accurate information
Ability to walk through steps of installation in rare cases

We are seeking an entry level CAD Drafter/Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, documenting and updating orthographic, isometric and 3D rendering drawings for multiple departments in our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with our in-house CAD Team to provide drawing support for new customer installations, high profile projects and events.
Work with our Sales Department to provide conceptual drawings for potential clients.
Work with our Project Manager to support the rendering of our products in our customer’s space and provide detailed, easy to understand electrical schematic drawings.
Coordinate with our sales team, customers and their builders, architects, and project managers to secure accurate information on their specific project to be able to provide precise specifications so they can prepare the space properly prior to installation.
Create drawings, models and renderings from written, verbal, pictures or saved files from multiple departments including, marketing, sales, engineering, installation and technical.
Critical: Fast paced, deadline based position and must show ability to be able to complete work within pre-determined deadlines and deliver projects on schedule.
Associates degree in architectural or mechanical drafting or certificate of completion from a 1 to 2-year institution that focuses on design technologies; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of work experience with a company or independent work in addition to schooling preferred.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to produce quality work under pressure and time constraints.
Revit – 1-year minimum required
AutoCAD – 6 months minimum required
Photoshop – preferred
Sketch Up Pro – preferred
Ability to present and show a portfolio of previous completed work.

Create eye-catching designs for print and digital applications.
Create imagery for PPC ad campaigns, HTML5 banners, and social content.
Design templates for email campaigns (either wysiwyg or hand coded)
Interface with B2B teams to help deliver branded experiences for events and businesses. Comfortable with conference calls.
Communicate with vendors to bid, order, and coordinate the production of print collateral, promotional items, and large format printed materials.
Design and troubleshoot landing pages for targeted campaigns.
Design mock ups for various projects and clients to help encourage ideas for the client. Create illustrations, drafts, and wire frames.
Manage a library of marketing assets and distribute marketing assets to distributors, partners, and clients on a daily basis. Help establish new processes to improve media management as the company grows internationally.
Design manuals, technical documents, specification sheets, quick start guides, and other technical documentation.
Participate in creating new and fresh ideas for the brand and image.
Design PowerPoint and Keynote presentations.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or three years experience in a corporate department or agancy preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Knowledge of website design principles and technologies. Experience developing and managing WordPress websites a plus. Some hand coding of HTML and CSS a plus.
Comfortable working in and around technology and discussing and designing complex graphic solutions for sports and technology.
Able to manage multiple tasks at once and accept daily changes to workflow while meeting short and challenging deadlines.
Driven self starter who can get work done with little guidance.
Able to present ideas and work with the team.
Great problem solving skills, detail oriented, and very organized.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
